You may join the Undaunted upon exiting your starting Isle and arriving to the first Main City of your Faction. Here, you may pick the quest One of the Undaunted. At level 45, you should return to your Allegiance’s Main City to take and complete Taking the Undaunted Pledge, as it will unlock special high level dailies.
